i found the staff helpful, assisting with taxis and offering great advice. breakfast choices were excellent, and the location allowed easy access to everything. i often received a warm "welcome home" upon returning, filled with enjoyable chats and laughter. the plans this hotel has for the future are ambitious, and i am eager to see the results.
the shower temperature fluctuated, changing from hot to cold. the bathroom lacked a shelf for placing items, i found it slightly inconvenient. it would have been beneficial to have a dedicated space for toiletries.

the staff were so helpful and the birthday cake and drink was a personal touch. i would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in the city. the decor was quirky. it added to the charm of the hotel.
i was confused by an email with my sister's name , even though there wasn't a confirmation number.

the hotel is close to all main cultural landmarks and away from crowds. it sits on a quiet street , yet remains close to everything needed for an enjoyable visit. this creates a serene , accessible atmosphere.

staffs were friendly and cute. the hotel and rooms are nice. i love the included sleepers and a linen robe. breakfast had everything you'd want and you can have extras from the kitchen if you'd like.
shower has curtains instead of screen. water escapes easily, leaving the bathroom wet after each use.

location is fantastic and central. it is walkable to many places. there are restaurants around. it is not a party street, so rest at night is easier here. public transport is also nearby.
